Welcome to the South Wales Baptist Association website. The Association exists to encourage the building and development of healthy churches and to enable them to assist each other in mission in their community, Wales and the world.
The site aims to provide useful information and inspiration for our member churches. Additionally we hope that the site will create a space for reflection and debate through the member forums for ministers and lay pastors. If you are a minister or lay pastor, to register as a member follow the 'register' link, you'll then be able to create your own profile.

The Association Administrator will be a member of the Association Team. He/She will be responsible for ensuring that the SWBA Office functions efficiently and delivers the administration support required for the Association to engage in mission and to achieve its goals. The Administrator will be the primary interface with the churches in the Association for communication and administrative matters.
This is a full-time appointment based on 37½ hours per week and carries a salary of £22,500 per annum.
